Following this approval, the company will distribute Rs. 570 million (inclusive of tax), which amounts to 30 percent of its current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.90 billion. The AGM also passed the financial statements and the auditor's report for the fiscal year 2082/83. Listed on NEPSE, the company is recognized as Nepal's largest export-oriented and employment-generating industry.

The company also plans to introduce modern technology to expand into fabric dyeing and the production of ready-made garments.
Additionally, the assembly restructured the company's leadership by electing a new six-member Board of Directors.
