मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले आफ्ना लगानीकर्ताहरूका लागि आकर्षक प्रतिफलको प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको छ । संस्थाले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को सञ्चित मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई कुल २० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
फाइनान्सको असोज २२ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले लाभांशको खाका तयार पारेको हो । जसअनुसार हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १५ प्रतिशत हिस्सा नगद लाभांशका रूपमा बाँडिनेछ भने बाँकी ५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर दिइनेछ । कम्पनीका अनुसार प्रस्तावित १५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांशभित्रै कर प्रयोजनका लागि आवश्यक पर्ने रकम पनि समावेश गरिएको छ ।
सञ्चालक समितिले अघि सारेको यो प्रस्ताव तत्काल भने लागू हुनेछैन । यसलाई नियामक निकाय नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले स्वीकृति दिएपछि मात्र प्रक्रिया अघि बढ्नेछ । त्यसपछि संस्थाको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले अनुमोदन गरेलगत्तै शेयरधनीहरूले उक्त लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नेछन् ।
Manjushree Finance Limited has proposed an attractive return for its investors. The institution has decided to distribute a total dividend of 20 percent to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of the fiscal year 2082/83.
The Board of Directors' meeting held on Ashwin 22 finalized the dividend distribution plan. According to the decision, 15 percent of the current paid-up capital will be distributed as a cash dividend, while the remaining 5 percent will be issued as bonus shares. The company stated that the proposed 15 percent cash dividend is inclusive of the amount required for tax purposes.
However, the proposal put forward by the Board of Directors will not be implemented immediately. The process will only advance after receiving approval from the regulatory body, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Following this regulatory clearance, shareholders will receive the dividend once it is formally endorsed by the institution's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
