रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स लिमिटेड ले सामूहिक लगानी कोष (म्युचुअल फन्ड) का लागि छुट्याएको साधारण शेयरको लक–इन अवधि समाप्त हुने भएको छ। कम्पनीले सूचना जारी गर्दै उक्त अवधि आगामी २०८३ असार १८ गतेदेखि अन्त्य हुने जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीको जारी पूँजीको १०.१४ प्रतिशत बराबरको १९ लाख २६ हजार ६०० कित्ता शेयरमध्ये म्युचुअल फन्डका लागि ५७ हजार ७९८ कित्ता शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिएको थियो।
यो शेयर सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँट भएको मितिले ६ महिनापछि लक–इन समाप्त हुने व्यवस्था अनुसार निष्क्रिय हुने जनाइएको छ।
शेयर निष्काशन तथा रजिष्ट्रारको जिम्मेवारी ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड ले सम्हालेको छ।
Reliance Spinning Mills Limited has announced that the lock-in period for ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds is set to expire soon.
According to the notice, the lock-in period for the shares will end on 2083 Ashar 18. The company had allocated 57,798 shares to mutual funds out of a total of 19,26,600 ordinary shares reserved for the general public under its issued capital.
The lock-in period is applicable for six months from the allotment date, after which the shares become eligible for trading.
