नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को तेस्रो त्रैमासिक मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा सार्वजनिक गरेको छ, जसले शेयर बजारमा लगानीकर्ताका लागि राहतको संकेत दिएको छ।
समीक्षामा विशेषगरी शेयर धितो कर्जासम्बन्धी जोखिम भार घटाइएको छ। अबदेखि शेयर धितो कर्जाको जोखिम भार १२५ प्रतिशतबाट घटाएर १०० प्रतिशत कायम गरिएको छ।
यस नीतिगत परिवर्तनले बैंकहरूलाई शेयर धितो कर्जा प्रवाह गर्न सहज बनाउने अनुमान गरिएको छ। जोखिम भार कम भएपछि बैंकहरूको पूँजीमा पर्ने भार घट्नेछ, जसले गर्दा उनीहरू थप कर्जा प्रवाह गर्न सक्षम हुनेछन्।
शेयर लगानीकर्ताको दृष्टिकोणले हेर्दा यो निर्णयले बजारमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्नेछ। यसले बजारमा तरलता थप बढाउने र सेयर मूल्यहरूमा उत्साहजनक वृद्धि गराउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the third quarterly review of the Monetary Policy for the fiscal year 2081/82, bringing positive news for the capital market.
In a move likely to please share investors, the central bank has reduced the risk weight on share-backed (margin) loans from 125% to 100%.
This policy revision is expected to ease the flow of margin lending by commercial banks. With a lower risk weight, banks will have reduced capital requirements for such loans, enabling them to lend more aggressively against share collateral.
