अनुसन्धान प्रक्रिया:
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले प्रारम्भिक अनुसन्धान गरी यस प्रकरणलाई थप छानबिनका लागि नेपाल प्रहरीको केन्द्रीय अनुसन्धान व्यूरो (सीआईबी)लाई पठाएको छ।
सीआईबीका प्रवक्ता होविन्द्र बोगटीका अनुसार अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ, र सीईओ तथा अन्य कर्मचारीहरूले सुधार गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता जनाएका छन्।
शेयर वितरणको विवरण:
कम्पनीले ९६ लाख कित्ता साधारण शेयर जारी गर्दा ४ लाख ८० हजार कित्ता कर्मचारीहरूको लागि छुट्टाइएको थियो।
बाँकी शेयरहरू सर्वसाधारण, वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरू, र सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई २३९ रुपैयाँ प्रति कित्तामा प्रिमियम थपेर बिक्री गरिएको थियो।
पुनः बाँडफाँडको तयारी:
धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशनअनुसार कम्पनीले पुनः शेयर बाँडफाँडको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाएको छ।
कम्पनीका सुचना अधिकारी प्रदिप गौतमका अनुसार, अबको केही समयभित्रै पुनः बाँडफाँड प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न हुनेछ र कर्मचारीहरूले उचित रूपमा शेयर पाउनेछन्।
बजार मूल्यमा वृद्धि र लाभ:
नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्जमा कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य प्रति कित्ता ६२२ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जसले गर्दा सीईओलाई प्रति कित्ता ५२२ रुपैयाँ लाभ भइरहेको छ।
तर, कर्मचारीका लागि शेयर बिक्री गर्न तीन वर्षको लकिङ अवधि भएकाले त्यसपछि मात्र वास्तविक लाभ स्पष्ट हुनेछ।
कम्पनीको स्पष्टीकरण:
कम्पनीका उच्च पदस्थ कर्मचारीहरूले सीआईबीमा पुनः बाँडफाँड प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन १५ दिनको समय माग गरेका छन्, जुन सीआईबीले स्वीकृत गरेको छ।
