मौद्रिक नीति तर्जुमा कार्यविधि संशोधन Revision of monetary policy formulation procedure
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले मौद्रिक नीति तर्जुमा कार्यविधि संशोधन गरेको छ ।
कार्यविधि संशोधन गर्दै मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा त्रैमास सकिएको ४५ दिनपछि मात्रै सार्वजनिक गरिने भएको छ ।मौद्रिक नीति तथा समीक्षा सार्वजनिक गर्ने समय व्यावहारिक बनाउन कार्यविधि संशोधन भएको राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ । चैत मसान्तसम्मको आर्थिक तथा वित्तीय क्षेत्रको तथ्यांक संकलन भइरहेकाले जेठ पहिलो सातासम्म मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा सार्वजनिक गर्ने गरी तयारी भैरहेको छ ।
चैतसम्मको तथ्यांक विश्लेषण गरेर मौद्रिक नीति तर्जुमा मस्यौदा तयार हुने र त्यसमा व्यवस्थापन समिति र सञ्चालक समितिको छलफलपछि सार्वजनिक हुने छ । अहिले उपलब्ध तथ्यांक विश्लेषण लगायत काम अगाडि बढीरहेको छ । मौद्रिक नीति तर्जुमा कार्याविधि अनुसार १५ जेठभित्र अर्को आर्थिक वर्षको वार्षिक मौद्रिक नीति तर्जुमा गर्ने प्रक्रिया सुरु हुने छ ।
१५ साउनभित्र नयाँ मौद्रिक नीति सार्वजनिक गर्नुपर्ने र १५ जेठमा वित्त नीति आउने भएकाले तेस्रो त्रैमासिक समीक्षा मार्फत मौद्रिक नीतिमा ठूलो परिवर्तन हुने छैन् ।
Nepal Rastra Bank has revised the procedure for formulating monetary policy.
By revising the procedure, the monetary policy review will be made public only 45 days after the end of the quarter. The Rastra Bank said that the procedure has been amended to make the timing of the monetary policy and review public. Since the economic and financial sector data is being collected till the end of March, preparations are being made to publish the monetary policy review by the first week of May.
After analyzing the data up to March, a draft of the monetary policy will be prepared and it will be made public after the discussion of the management committee and board of directors. Currently available data analysis is going on. According to the monetary policy formulation procedure, the process of formulating the annual monetary policy for the next financial year will begin within June 15.
Since the new monetary policy has to be announced by July 15 and the finance policy will come on June 15, there will not be any major changes in the monetary policy through the third quarter review.
