रिद्धिसिद्धि सिमेन्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणमा आईपीओ (प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव) निष्कासन गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ। साउन ३ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा आईपीओको प्रतिशत परिवर्तन गर्न आवश्यक भएकाले विशेष साधारण सभामार्फत सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणमा कति प्रतिशत आईपीओ जारी गर्ने भन्ने जानकारी भने हालसम्म सार्वजनिक गरेको छैन। साउन १९ गते विहान ११ बजे कम्पनीको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय, थापाथली, काठमाडौंमा विशेष साधारण सभा आयोजना हुने तयारी छ।
यस सभामा आईपीओको प्रस्तावका साथै जारी तथा चुक्तापूँजी बृद्धि गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले यस आईपीओको माध्यमबाट थप पूँजी जुटाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। आईपीओ निष्कासनको विस्तृत विवरण भने विशेष साधारण सभापछि मात्र सार्वजनिक गरिनेछ।

Riddhisiddhi Cement Limited is preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. A meeting of the company's board of directors held on the 3rd of Shrawan decided to pass the proposal to change the percentage of the IPO through a special general meeting.
