आँखुखोला जलविद्युत कम्पनीले असार ३१ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका साविक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि १ बराबर १.५ अनुपातमा निष्कासन गरेको हकप्रद शेयरको बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न गरेको छ।
हकप्रद शेयरको निष्कासन:
कम्पनीले प्रति शेयर १०० रुपियाँ अंकित दरमा १ करोड २० लाख कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो।
४१ हजार ३६२ जना शेयरधनीलाई १ करोड २ लाख ४९ हजार ७५२ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर भदौ ३० गते बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ।
लिलाम प्रक्रिया:
बाँडफाँट नभएका बाँकी १७ लाख ५० हजार २४८ कित्ता शेयर अब लिलाम बढाबढ प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्री गरिनेछ।
रकम फिर्ता:
बाँडफाँटमा नपरेको हकप्रद शेयरबापतको रकम असोज ४ गते शुक्रबारदेखि आईपीएसमार्फत सम्बन्धित आवेदकको बैंक खातामा रकमान्तर गरिने जानकारी कम्पनीले दिएको छ।
आँखुखोला जलविद्युत कम्पनीले आफ्नो हकप्रद शेयर बाँडफाँट प्रक्रियालाई पूरा गरेको छ र बाँडफाँट नभएका शेयरहरूलाई लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्री गर्ने तयारी गरिरहेको छ। बाँडफाँटमा नपरेका आवेदकहरूको रकम पनि छिट्टै फिर्ता गरिनेछ।
Aankhu Khola Hydropower Company has completed the allotment of its rights shares issued at a 1:1.5 ratio for the existing shareholders as of Asar 31.
Details of Rights Share Issuance:
The company had issued 12 million (1.2 crore) rights shares with a face value of NPR 100 per share.
On Bhadra 30, a total of 10,249,752 shares were allotted to 41,362 shareholders.
Auction Process:
The remaining 1,750,248 shares, which were not allotted, will be sold through an auction process.
Refund of Amount:
The company has informed that the refund for the unsubscribed rights shares will be credited to the respective applicants' bank accounts via IPS from Friday, Asoj 4.
Aankhu Khola Hydropower Company has completed its rights share allotment process and is preparing to sell the unsubscribed shares through an auction. The amount for the unsubscribed shares will also be refunded to the applicants soon.
