Rights Share Allotment of Himalaya Urja Bikash Company

Himalaya Urja Bikash Company allotted its 100% rights shares on Tuesday, Bhadra 25. The company had opened the sale of 9.9 million rights shares, of which applications were received for only 8,453,641 shares. As a result, 1,446,359 rights shares remain unsold.

Next Steps:

• Sale through Auction: The remaining 1,446,359 unsold rights shares will now be put up for auction by Himalaya Urja.

• Rights Share Sale Period: The company had opened the sale of rights shares from Shrawan 24 to Bhadra 12.
