रिभर फल्स पावर लिमिटेडले आफ्ना १०,२८,९२४ कित्ता अवितरित हकप्रद शेयर लिलाम (गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र) मार्फत बिक्री गर्न माग गरेको बोलपत्र खोल्ने मिति सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। कम्पनीले मंसिर ८ गते प्रकाशित सूचनामा प्राप्त बोलपत्रहरू तोकिएको मिति, समय र स्थानमा खोलिने जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले अवितरित शेयर बिक्रीका लागि मिति २०८२/०७/२६ देखि २०८२/०८/०३ सम्म आवेदन माग गरेको थियो। उक्त अवधिभित्र दर्ता भएका सबै बोलपत्र २०८२/०८/०८ गते (मंसिर ८) दिउँसो १:०० बजे, प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा खोलिनेछन्।
यो शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रियाको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
कम्पनीले बोलपत्र खोल्ने कार्यक्रममा सहभागी हुन चाहने सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिहरूलाई तोकिएको मिति र समयमा उपस्थित हुन सूचित गरेको छ।
River Falls Power Limited has announced the official bid opening date for the auction of 10,28,924 units of unsold right shares through a sealed bid (secret bidding) process. The company published the notice stating that all bids received within the application period will be opened on the specified date, time, and venue.
The company had invited applications for the auction from 2072/07/26 to 2082/08/03. All valid bids received within this timeframe will be opened on:
