रिभर फल्स पावर लिमिटेडले आगामी भदौ २३ गतेदेखि शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले ७० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको हकप्रद शेयर १:१ अनुपातमा ७० लाख कित्ताको बिक्री गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले सोही प्रयोजनका लागि साउन २६ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो, र साउन २२ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र हकप्रद शेयर भर्न पाउनेछन्। हकप्रद शेयर बिक्री १२ असोजमा बन्द हुनेछ।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासन पश्चात् कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ४० करोड रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ। यस रकमलाई कम्पनीले डाउन पिलुवा खेाला साना जलविद्युत आयोजना निर्माणका क्रममा आएको बाढीका कारण भएको क्षतिका लागि ऋण तिर्न प्रयोग गर्नेछ।

River Falls Power Limited has announced that it will issue 100% rights shares starting from 23rd August 2025. The company plans to issue 7 million shares worth NPR 70 crores at a 1:1 ratio, with a face value of NPR 100 per share.
For this purpose, the company closed the book on 26th July 2025, and only shareholders registered in NEPSE as of 22nd July 2025 will be eligible to apply for the rights shares. The rights issue will close on 12th October 2025.
After the rights issue, the company’s paid-up capital will increase to NPR 140 crores. The funds will be utilized to repay loans incurred due to damage caused by floods at the Piluwa Small Hydroelectric Project, which affected the project’s cost.
The rights issue will be managed by Prabhu Capital Limited.
