रिभर फॉल्स पावर लिमिटेडले आफ्ना विद्यमान सेयरधनीहरूलाई १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने उद्देश्यले १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर (एक सेयरको बदलामा एक सेयर) जारी गर्न लागेको हो।
नेप्सेमा दर्ता भइसकेको कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनाअनुसार सेयरधनीहरूले २०८२ साल भदौ २3 गतेदेखि असोज १२ गतेसम्म आवश्यक कागजातसहित आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
हकप्रद सेयरका लागि आवेदन प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौं तथा प्रभु बैंकका थानकोट, पोखरा, बुटवल, धनगढी, विराटनगर र नेपालगञ्ज शाखाबाट दिन सकिनेछ।
यस्तै, सेयरधनीहरूले ASBA प्रणाली अन्तर्गत “मेरो शेयर” अनलाइन सेवा (C-ASBA) प्रयोग गरेर पनि आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ। यसका लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक खाता तथा डिम्याट खाता अनिवार्य रूपमा अपडेट भएको हुनुपर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासनसम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण विवरण आफ्नै वेबसाइट www.riverfallshydro.com, प्रभु क्यापिटलको वेबसाइट www.prabhucapital.com तथा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (www.sebon.gov.np) मा हेर्न सकिने जनाएको छ।
यसअघि २०८२ असार ५ गते ‘नयाँ पत्रिका’ मा प्रकाशित विशेष प्रस्तावको आधारमा ल्याइने १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर अब औपचारिक रूपमा निष्कासन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले पुँजी सुदृढीकरणका लागि ल्याएको हकप्रद सेयरमा तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र आवेदन दिन सबै सेयरधनीलाई आग्रह गरिएको छ।
River Falls Power Limited has announced that it will issue 100 percent rights shares in a 1:1 ratio to its existing shareholders. The company aims to strengthen its paid-up capital by offering one rights share for every one share held.
According to the notice published by the company, shareholders can apply for the rights shares between 22 Bhadra 2082 to 12 Ashwin 2082 (7 September 2025 to 28 September 2025).
Applications for the rights issue can be submitted at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, as well as at Prabhu Bank branches in Thanikot, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Biratnagar, and Nepalgunj.
Additionally, shareholders may also apply through the C-ASBA system using the “Mero Share” online portal, provided their bank and DEMAT accounts are duly updated.
The company has stated that complete details of the rights issue are available on its official website www.riverfallshydro.com, on Prabhu Capital’s website www.prabhucapital.com, and on the Securities Board of Nepal’s (SEBON) website www.sebon.gov.np.
The rights offering is being conducted as per the special resolution passed earlier, with the approval published in the Naya Patrika daily on Asar 5, 2082 (June 19, 2025).
