काठमाडौं । रिभर फल्स पावर लिमिटेडले १० लाख ३८ हजार ९२४ कित्ता अवितरित हकप्रद सेयर आजदेखि बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले गत भदौ २३ गतेदेखि हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गरी बाँडफाँट गर्दा बाँकी रहेको सेयरहरू यस पटक बिक्रीका लागि सार्वजनिक गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले उक्त सेयरको प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य रु १०० तोकेर बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। यस सेयर खरिदका लागि संस्थापक शेयरधनी, सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति, कम्पनी वा संघसंस्था लगायत सबै इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूले आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले बोलपत्र पेश गर्दा न्यूनतम १०० कित्ता र अधिकतम नियामक निकायले तोकेको सीमा भित्र शेयर खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले मंसिर ३ गतेसम्म बैंकिङ समयभित्र आफ्नो बोलपत्र आवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। आवेदन धितोपत्र बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी काठमाडौंको कार्यालयमा बुझाउन सकिनेछ। साथै, प्रभु बैंकका विराटनगर, पोखरा, वीरगञ्ज, हेटौँडा, बुटवल, सुर्खेत र धनगढी शाखा कार्यालयहरूमा पनि आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
यो बिक्री प्रक्रियामार्फत कम्पनीले बाँकी रहेका हकप्रद सेयरहरू संस्थागत तथा व्यक्तिगत लगानीकर्तामार्फत वितरण गर्ने लक्ष्य लिएको जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu. River Falls Power Limited has announced the opening of the sale of 1,038,924 unsubscribed right shares starting today. These shares remained unsold after the company’s right share issuance and allotment that began on Bhadra 23, 2082.
The shares are being offered for sale at a minimum price of Rs. 100 per share, and they are open for purchase to founder shareholders, general investors, companies, and institutions interested in acquiring them.
Interested buyers can submit their bids for a minimum of 100 shares, while the maximum limit will be as per the regulatory guidelines.
According to the company, applications must be submitted within banking hours by Mangsir 3, 2082. Bids can be submitted at the office of the issue manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, as well as at Prabhu Bank branches located in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Birgunj, Hetauda, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.
Through this sale, River Falls Power aims to distribute the remaining unsubscribed right shares to interested institutional and individual investors.
