आरएसडीसी लघुवित्तले ८% नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव गर्योRSDC Laghubitta Proposes 8% Cash Dividend
आरएसडीसी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (RSDC) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि ८ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको १७६औं बैठक असोज ११ गते बसेर हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ३ करोड रुपैयाँबाट ८ प्रतिशत दरले लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। यसअनुसार कम्पनीले नगद लाभांश (कर सहित) ८ करोड २७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
यस लाभांश प्रस्तावलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति र कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाको अनुमोदनपछि मात्र शेयरधनीहरुले प्राप्त गर्नेछन्।
हाल बजारमा आरएसडीसी लघुवित्तको अन्तिम कारोबार मूल्य (LTP) ६५९.९० रुपैयाँ कायम रहेको छ।
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has proposed an 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The proposal was decided during the 176th meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) held on Ashwin 11. Based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 1.03 Arba, the proposed dividend amounts to around Rs. 8.27 Crores (including tax).
The distribution will take place only after receiving approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of now, RSDC’s stock is trading at a last traded price (LTP) of Rs. 659.90.
