सगरमाथा जलविद्युत् कम्पनीले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई ४.७५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.२५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि) गरी कुल ५ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ।
लाभांश घोषणा: कम्पनीले ४.७५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.२५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ।
साधारणसभा: लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले चौथो वार्षिक साधारणसभा मंसिर १४ गते स्मार्ट दरबार, शंखमूल पार्क, काठमाडौंमा बिहान ९ बजे बोलाएको छ।

सञ्चालक समिति तथा लेखापरीक्षकको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदनमाथि छलफल
चालू आवका लागि लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण
बोनस शेयरपछि पुँजी वृद्धि, अधिकृत पुँजी, जारी पुँजी तथा चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्न प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन
सञ्चालक समितिलाई उक्त कार्यका लागि अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने
बुक क्लोज: कम्पनीले कात्तिक २६ गते एक दिन बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कात्तिक २५ गतेसम्म कायम शेयरधनीले साधारणसभामा भाग लिन र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न पाउनेछन्।
यस वार्षिक साधारणसभाले कम्पनीको भविष्यको वित्तीय रणनीतिहरू तय गर्दै शेयरधनीलाई लाभान्वित गर्ने योजना अघि बढाउनेछ।

Book Closure: The company has decided to close the book for one day on Kartik 26. Shareholders registered by Kartik 25 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
