सगरमाथा लुम्बिनी इन्सुरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेको ४ लाख ८२ हजार २७६ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया आरम्भ गरेको छ। कम्पनीले एक सूचना जारी गर्दै इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले ३५ दिनभित्र सेयर खरिदको लागि आवेदन दिनुपर्ने जानकारी गराएको छ।
इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा पुगेर आफुले के कति सेयर किन्न चाहेको हो भन्ने जानकारीसहित लिखित रुपमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद आज (जेठ १३ गते) बाट गणना हुने गरी ३५ दिनको समय तोकिएको छ।
कम्पनीले स्पष्ट पारेको छ कि तोकिएको समयभित्र कुनै संस्थापक सेयरधनीले सेयर खरिद नगरेमा ती सेयर अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गरिनेछ।
Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 482,276 promoter shares currently held in the name of its existing promoters. The company issued a notice stating that interested existing promoter shareholders must submit their application specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase within 35 days, starting today (Jestha 13), at the company’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu.
If the promoter shareholders do not exercise their right to purchase the shares within the stipulated time, the company has stated that the shares will be made available for sale to other individuals or institutions.
