• The application process starts on Kartik 26 and must be completed within 35 days.

• Interested promoters need to submit a sealed application specifying their purchase details at NIC Asia Capital, Thapathali, Kathmandu.

• If no applications are received from the promoters within the stipulated time, the company will proceed to sell the shares to other investors as per prevailing laws.
