साल्ट ट्रेडिङ कर्पोरेसनले १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर सम्बन्धित सेयरधनीको खातामा जम्मा गरिदिएको छ। कम्पनीले चैत ८ गतेसम्म सेयर डिम्याट गराएकाहरुको बोनस सेयर खातामा पठाइदिएको हो। चैत ८ गतेपछि डिम्याट गर्नेहरुको बोनस पनि खातामै जम्मा गर्ने तयारी भइरहेको कम्पनीले जानकारी दिएको छ।
तर, अहिलेसम्म पनि डिम्याट नगरेकाहरुले खातामा सेयर पाउनका लागि पहिला आफूसँग भएको भौतिक प्रमाणपत्र डिम्याट गर्नुपर्नेछ। अनिमात्र बोनस सेयर जम्मा हुनेछ। साल्ट ट्रेडिङले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९–८० को नाफाबाट १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गरेको थियो।
Salt Trading Corporation has deposited 15% bonus shares into the accounts of its shareholders. The company has transferred the bonus shares to those who had their shares dematerialized by Chaitra 8. For those who dematerialize their shares after Chaitra 8, the bonus shares will also be deposited into their accounts as part of ongoing preparations by the company.
However, shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares need to convert their physical share certificates into demat form to receive the bonus shares. Only after this process will the bonus shares be credited to their accounts. Salt Trading Corporation distributed these 15% bonus shares from the profits of the fiscal year 2079-80.
