समाज लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले आफ्ना शेयरधनीलाई यस वर्ष लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। आइतबार बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले यस्तो निर्णय गरेको हो।
लघुवित्तले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९-८० को नाफा साधारण जगेडा कोष र रिटेन अरनिङ्गमा जम्मा गर्ने निर्णय गर्दै शेयरधनीलाई लाभांश नदिने भएको हो।
आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९-८० को नाफाको विवरण
लघुवित्तले ३० लाख ७३ हजार ७५१ रुपैयाँको कुल नाफामध्ये २० प्रतिशत अर्थात ६ लाख १४ हजार ७५० रुपैयाँ साधारण जगेडा कोषमा राख्ने र बाँकी २४ लाख ९० हजार रुपैयाँ रिटेन अरनिङ्गमा राख्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
यस वर्षको नाफा पुन: संस्थाको वित्तीय स्थायित्व र भविष्यका योजनाहरूलाई सुदृढ बनाउन प्रयोग गरिनेछ। शेयरधनीहरूले यस निर्णयलाई संस्थाको दिगो विकासका लागि सकारात्मक कदमको रूपमा लिन सक्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to distribute dividends to its shareholders this year. The decision was made during the company's board meeting held on Sunday.
The microfinance institution will allocate the profit from the last fiscal year to the general reserve fund and retained earnings instead of distributing dividends to shareholders.
Samaj Laghubitta reported a total profit of NPR 3,073,751 for the fiscal year 2079-80. Out of this, 20%, or NPR 614,750, will be allocated to the general reserve fund, and the remaining NPR 2,459,001 will be kept in retained earnings.
This year's profit will be used to strengthen the financial stability and future plans of the institution. Shareholders are expected to view this decision as a positive step toward the sustainable growth of the institution.
