यस कम्पनीको विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ६,७५५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र संस्थाले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशनको परिधि भित्र रही यस कम्पनीको विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई शेयर खरिदको लागि प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था बमोजिम उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-७, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा आफुले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ता तथा दरभाउ सहितको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ । संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीकोलागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Urgent Notice for Existing Promoter Shareholders Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing promoter shares, as the company's existing promoter shareholders have expressed their desire to sell ६,७५५ units of promoter shares registered in their names, and the institution, within the framework of directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, must prioritize its existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of these shares. Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the said shares are informed to submit an application, along with necessary documents and proof, stating the number of shares they wish to purchase and their quoted price, to the company's central office in Banepa-7, Kavrepalanchok, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. It is also informed for the knowledge of all concerned that if no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified period for the purchase of promoter shares, the necessary process for selling them to other individuals or institutions will be initiated as per prevailing regulations.
