समता घरेलु लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (SMATA) ले कात्तिक १२ गतेदेखि थप सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (एफपीओ) जारी गर्ने भएको छ। लघुवित्तले मनकामना स्मार्ट लघुवित्त प्राप्त गरेपछि पूँजी संरचनामा संस्थापकको ६९.४८ प्रतिशत र सर्वसाधारणको ३०.५२ प्रतिशत अनुपात कायम गर्न एफपीओ निष्काशन गर्न लागेको हो।
एफपीओ निष्काशन: लघुवित्तले ३ करोड ५० लाख ९० हजार ४२५ रुपैयाँ बराबरका ३ लाख ५० हजार ९०४.२५ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्दैछ।
शेयर मूल्य: प्रत्येक शेयरको अंकित मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
आवेदन मिति: एफपीओमा आवेदन दिन इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले कात्तिक १२ देखि २० गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। यदि यो अवधिमा पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेमा, निष्काशन अवधि कात्तिक २६ गतेसम्म लम्बिनेछ।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया: न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १ हजार कित्तासम्मका लागि आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
रेटिङ्ग: इक्रा नेपालले लघुवित्तलाई इक्रएनपी इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग डबल बी माइनस प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले वित्तीय दायित्व बहन गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ।
धितोपत्र बिक्री प्रबन्धक: मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले एफपीओ निष्काशनको व्यवस्थापन गर्नेछ।
आवेदन कहाँ गर्ने: लगानीकर्ताले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त सि–आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरू, वा ‘मेरो शेयर’ अनलाइन प्रणालीमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
चुक्ता पूँजी: लघुवित्तको हालको चुक्ता पूँजी ५६ करोड ४० लाख ६ हजार ३०४ रुपैयाँ रहेको छ, एफपीओ निष्काशनपछि चुक्ता पूँजी ५९ करोड ९० लाख ९६ हजार ७२८ रुपैयाँ २५ पैसा पुग्नेछ।
Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited (SMATA) is set to issue a Further Public Offering (FPO) starting from Kartik 12. The microfinance institution is issuing this FPO to maintain a capital structure with 69.48% promoter ownership and 30.52% public ownership after acquiring Mankamana Smart Laghubitta.
FPO Issuance: The microfinance institution will be issuing 350,904.25 shares worth NPR 35,090,425.
Share Price: Each share has a face value of NPR 100.
Application Date: Interested investors can apply for the FPO from Kartik 12 to Kartik 20. If sufficient applications are not received within this period, the issuance will be extended until Kartik 26.
Application Process: Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1,000 shares.
Rating: ICRA Nepal has assigned the microfinance institution a Double B Minus (ICRANP Issuer Rating), indicating moderate risk in fulfilling financial obligations.
Issue Manager: Muktinath Capital Limited will manage the FPO issuance.
Where to Apply: Investors can apply through C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board or via the "Mero Share" online system.
Paid-Up Capital: The current paid-up capital of the microfinance institution is NPR 564,006,304, and after the FPO issuance, it will increase to NPR 599,096,728.25.
