लगातार सर्किट लेभलमा कारोबार भईरहेको समता घरेलु लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले ४ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले विभिन्न संस्थापक शेयरधनीको नाममा रहेका ती शेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिदका लागि हालका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इच्छुक संस्थापकहरुले ३५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपामा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
आवेदन दिँदा कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहिएको हो र कुन मूल्यमा खरिद गर्न चाहिएको हो भन्ने विवरण अनिवार्य रूपमा उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले ३५ दिनसम्म कुनै विद्यमान संस्थापकबाट आवेदन नआएमा सो शेयर आम सर्वसाधारण, व्यक्ति, संस्था वा कम्पनीलाई पनि बिक्री गरिने स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, which has been consistently trading at the circuit level, has announced the sale of 4,000 promoter shares. These shares belong to various existing promoter shareholders of the company.
According to the company, existing promoter shareholders are eligible to apply for the purchase of these shares. Interested promoters must submit their applications within 35 days at the company’s central office in Banepa.
Applicants must clearly mention the quantity of shares they wish to purchase and the proposed price in their application.
The company has clarified that if no applications are received from existing promoters within the 35-day period, the shares will then be made available for sale to the general public, including individuals, institutions, and companies.
