नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) ले समता घरेलु लघुवित्तको सेयरमूल्य समायोजन गरेको छ। ५% बोनस सेयर समायोजनपछि यसको नयाँ मूल्य ८७६.१९ रुपैयाँ कायम गरिएको छ। अघिल्लो कारोबार दिनको अन्तिम मूल्य ९२० रुपैयाँ आधार मानिएको हो।
लघुवित्तले फागुन ११ गते धुलिखेलस्थित मिराबेल रिसोर्ट एण्ड होटलमा एघारौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभामा ५% बोनस सेयर, ०.२६३% नगद लाभांश, पूँजी संरचना संशोधन, मर्जर तथा एक्विजिशन, नियमावली संशोधन, सञ्चालक निर्वाचन र लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति जस्ता प्रस्तावहरू पारित गरिनेछन्।
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta. After the adjustment of a 5% bonus share, the new price has been set at Rs. 876.19. The last trading day’s closing price of Rs. 920 was taken as the base for adjustment.
Samata Laghubitta has scheduled its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 11 at Mirabel Resort & Hotel, Dhulikhel. The AGM will discuss and approve proposals, including a 5% bonus share, 0.263% cash dividend, capital structure revision, merger & acquisition decisions, amendment of regulations, director elections, and appointment of an auditor.
