सम्पदा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड र मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले संस्थापक समूहका शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएका छन्।
सम्पदा लघुवित्तले संस्थापक शेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको कुल २९ हजार ४०० कित्ता शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको हो। यस शेयर जोकोही व्यक्ति वा संघसंस्थाले खरिद गर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूले १५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बन्दीपुर–१, डुम्रे, तनहुँमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। आवेदनमा आफूले किन्न चाहेको शेयर संख्या स्पष्ट उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ।
त्यसैगरी, मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले पनि संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ तर शेयर संख्या खुलाइएको छैन। मञ्जुश्रीको शेयर भने मात्र हाल कायम रहेका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र खरिद गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Manjushree Finance Limited have announced the sale of promoter shares.
Sampada Laghubitta has put a total of 29,400 promoter shares up for sale. These shares are open for purchase by any individual or institution. Interested buyers must submit a written application stating the number of shares they wish to purchase within 15 days at the company's central office located in Bandipur-1, Dumre, Tanahun.
In contrast, Manjushree Finance Limited has also offered its promoter shares for sale but has not disclosed the number of shares being offered. Additionally, only existing promoter shareholders of Manjushree Finance are eligible to purchase these shares, restricting general public participation.
These promoter share sales may lead to changes in the ownership structure of the companies and also present an opportunity for institutional investors looking to gain promoter-level stake in financial institutions.
