यस वित्तीय संस्थाको तपशिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्येबाट तपशिलमा उल्लेख भए अनुसार शेयर बिक्री गर्न सञ्चालक समिति मार्फत आवेदन दिनु भएकोले सो संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। उक्त संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय गैंडाकोट-५, नवलपरासी (ब.सु.पू.) मा लिखित जानकारी गराउन हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ। तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट शेयर खरिद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा कुनै लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ।

As the promoter shareholders of this financial institution mentioned in the details below have applied through the Board of Directors to sell the promoter shares held in their names as specified in the details, this notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution to purchase those promoter shares. The said promoter shareholders are requested to submit a written information to the Central Office of this financial institution at Gaindakot-५, Nawalparasi (E.G.P.) within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. If no written information regarding the purchase of shares is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified period, this notice also informs that the share sale process will be proceeded in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, २०७३, Unified Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, and other prevailing laws.
