सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको अवितरित २.२४ लाख कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर आजदेखि लिलामीमाSan Nepal Life Insurance Puts 224,728 Unclaimed Rights Shares on Auction from Today
सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आजदेखि (असार २३) अवितरित हकप्रद सेयर लिलामी प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ।
कम्पनीले यसअघि वैशाख ३० गतेदेखि असार ३ गतेसम्म १ः०.२७ को अनुपातमा १ करोड ६ लाख ९६ हजार ३२० कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो। यसमा वैशाख ४ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र आवेदन दिन पाएका थिए।
उक्त हकप्रद सेयर असार १२ गते बाँडफाँट गरिएको थियो। बाँडफाँटमा छुटेका कुल २ लाख २४ हजार ७२८ कित्ता सेयर अब लिलामीमा बिक्री गरिँदैछ।
लिलामीमा रहेको सेयरमध्ये संस्थापक समूहतर्फ ८० हजार २२२ कित्ता (लक-इन अवधिमा पर्ने) र सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फ १ लाख ४४ हजार ५०६ कित्ता रहेका छन्।
यसमा पनि ४ हजार ४९ कित्ता सर्वसाधारण समूहको सेयर लक-इन अवधिमा रहेको छ।
कम्पनीले लिलामीको प्रक्रिया तथा आवेदन मिति, न्यूनतम मूल्य र आवेदन स्थानका बारेमा विस्तृत जानकारी चाँडै सार्वजनिक गर्ने जनाएको छ।
San Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has begun the auction process for its unclaimed rights shares starting today (Asar 23).
Earlier, the company had issued 10,696,320 rights shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share from Baisakh 30 to Asar 3 in a 1:0.27 ratio. Only shareholders holding shares till Baisakh 4 were eligible to apply.
The rights share allotment was completed on Asar 12. A total of 224,728 shares that remained unsubscribed during the allotment are now being offered via auction.
Of these, 80,222 shares belong to the promoter group (under lock-in period), while 144,506 shares are from the public group, of which 4,049 shares are also under lock-in.
The company will soon publish detailed information regarding the auction process, including the minimum bid price, application method, and deadline.
