काठमाडौं — सानिगाड हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको चौथो त्रैमाससम्ममा उल्लेख्य नाफा वृद्धि गरेको छ। कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरणअनुसार खुद नाफा अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा ३९०.१६ प्रतिशतले बढेको हो।
कम्पनीले समीक्षा अवधिमा २६ करोड ५८ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा आर्जन गरेको छ। अघिल्लो आर्थिक वर्षको सोही अवधिमा कम्पनीको नाफा ५ करोड ४२ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको थियो।
विद्युत् बिक्री आम्दानीमा सामान्य वृद्धि र वित्तीय खर्चमा आएको कमीले कम्पनीको नाफा बढाउन सहयोग पुगेको देखिएको छ। समीक्षा अवधिमा कम्पनीको विद्युत् बिक्री आम्दानी ३.७० प्रतिशतले बढेर १ अर्ब ११ करोड ५ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
कम्पनीको कुल नाफा ६.२२ प्रतिशतले बढेको छ भने अन्य सञ्चालन खर्च ५.२४ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ। त्यस्तै, वित्तीय खर्च २९.६२ प्रतिशतले घटेपछि कम्पनीको मुनाफामा उल्लेख्य सुधार आएको हो।
नाफा वृद्धिसँगै कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर आम्दानी (ईपीएस) पनि बढेको छ। समीक्षा अवधिमा ईपीएस ६ रुपैयाँ ६१ पैसाले बढेर ९ रुपैयाँ ३३ पैसा पुगेको छ।
चौथो त्रैमासको अन्त्यसम्ममा कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर नेटवर्थ १११ रुपैयाँ ८० पैसा रहेको छ भने मूल्य आम्दानी अनुपात (पीई रेसियो) ४९.५२ गुणा रहेको छ।
सानिगाड हाइड्रोको चुक्ता पुँजी २ अर्ब ८५ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। कम्पनीको जगेडा कोषमा ३३ करोड ६४ लाख रुपैयाँ सञ्चित रहेको छ।
वित्तीय विवरणले कम्पनीको सञ्चालन क्षमता र वित्तीय व्यवस्थापनमा सुधार आएको देखाए पनि आगामी दिनमा आयोजना सञ्चालन, आम्दानीको निरन्तरता र लागत व्यवस्थापनले कम्पनीको दीर्घकालीन प्रदर्शन निर्धारण गर्नेछ।
Kathmandu — Sanigad Hydro Limited has reported a significant improvement in financial performance during the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year, with its net profit increasing sharply compared to the previous year.
According to the company’s unaudited financial statement, Sanigad Hydro earned a net profit of Rs 265.8 million during the review period, marking a 390.16 percent increase from the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, when the company had reported a profit of Rs 54.2 million.
The substantial rise in profit was mainly supported by a slight increase in electricity sales revenue and a notable reduction in financial expenses.
During the review period, the company’s electricity sales income increased by 3.70 percent to Rs 1.110 billion. Meanwhile, its gross profit grew by 6.22 percent compared to the previous year.
The company also managed to reduce its operating expenses by 5.24 percent, while financial expenses declined significantly by 29.62 percent, contributing to the improvement in overall profitability.
With the rise in earnings, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) also improved. EPS increased by Rs 6.61 to reach Rs 9.33 during the period.
At the end of the fourth quarter, Sanigad Hydro’s net worth per share stood at Rs 111.80, while its price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was recorded at 49.52 times.
The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.85 billion and has accumulated Rs 336.4 million in reserve funds.
The latest financial results indicate stronger operational efficiency and improved financial management. However, maintaining long-term growth will depend on stable electricity generation, revenue continuity and effective cost control in the coming periods.
