Sanima Bank Proposes 7.3685% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made in the Board of Directors’ meeting held on Ashwin 3, 2082.

According to the proposal, the bank will distribute dividends worth Rs. 1.00 Arba. The bank’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba.

The distribution will be subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and will be endorsed in the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) before implementation.
