Sanima Capital Opens Sanima Flexi Fund Unit Issuance

Sanima Capital has opened the public issuance of Sanima Flexi Fund units from today (Falgun 6). Out of the total 1 billion NPR worth of 100 million units, 40 million units are being issued in the first phase. Among them, 13 million units are reserved for Sanima Bank and 2 million for Sanima Capital. Investors can apply for the remaining 25 million units. Applications can be submitted for a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 4 million units. The issuance will remain open until Falgun 11 and may extend to Falgun 20 if necessary. Applications can be submitted via ‘Mero Share’ and ASBA member banks.
