Sanima GIC Announces 5% Bonus Share and Cash Dividend for Shareholders

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year. A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Falgun 29 decided to distribute a 5 percent bonus share based on the current paid-up capital along with 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
