काठमाडौं । सानिमा रिलायन्स लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सेयरधनीहरूका लागि नगद लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ । कम्पनीको मंसिर २९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गत आर्थिक वर्षको सञ्चित मुनाफाबाट हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १०.१७८० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर सहित) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार उक्त लाभांश नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट आवश्यक स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भइसकेपछि सेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गरिनेछ ।
कम्पनीले स्थिर वित्तीय प्रदर्शनका आधारमा सेयरधनी हितलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरिएको जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders.
A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on December 15 (Mangsir 29) decided to distribute a cash dividend of 10.1780 percent of the company’s current paid-up capital from the accumulated profit of the previous fiscal year. The dividend amount includes applicable taxes.
According to the company, the dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and following endorsement at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The company stated that the dividend proposal reflects its stable financial performance and commitment to safeguarding shareholder interests.
