सानिमा रिलायन्स लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले आगामी असोज २३ गते सातौँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा बोलाएको छ। साधारणसभामा १८.३८११ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव लगायत अन्य महत्वपूर्ण एजेन्डामा छलफल गरिनेछ।
साधारणसभा आयोजना:
सानिमा रिलायन्स लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले असोज २३ गते शंखमुलस्थित अनमोल बैंक्वेटमा बिहान ११ बजे सातौँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
बोनस सेयर प्रस्ताव:
कम्पनीले यसअघि नै १८.३८११ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरणको प्रस्ताव गरिसकेको छ, जसलाई आगामी साधारणसभाले पारित गर्न बाँकी छ।
आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन पारित:
साधारणसभाले सञ्चालक समितिको तर्फबाट प्रस्तुत हुने आव २०८९/०८० को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन, वासलात, नाफा नोक्सान हिसाब तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरणलाई छलफल गरी पारित गर्नेछ।
अन्य प्रस्ताव:
लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने, सञ्चालकको सुविधा परिमार्जन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि साधारणसभाको एजेन्डा हुनेछ।
बुकक्लोज मिति:
साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि असोज ११ गते एक दिनका लागि बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय भएको छ। असोज १० गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनीले प्रस्तावित बोनस पाउन र सभामा भाग लिन सक्नेछन्।

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has called its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 23 (October 10). The meeting will discuss several important agendas, including the proposal to distribute an 18.3811% bonus share.
AGM Details:
Date and Venue: The AGM will be held on Ashwin 23 (October 10) at 11:00 AM at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul.
Bonus Share Proposal:
Bonus Share Distribution: The company has proposed to distribute an 18.3811% bonus share, which is yet to be approved at the upcoming AGM.
Financial Reports Approval:
The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report for the fiscal year 2089/080, including the auditor's report, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement, as presented by the Board of Directors.
Other Proposals:
The AGM will also discuss appointing an auditor and determining their remuneration, as well as revising the remuneration for directors.
Book Closure Date:
The company has decided to close its book on Ashwin 11 (September 27) for one day for the AGM. Shareholders registered by Ashwin 10 (September 26) will be eligible to receive the proposed bonus shares and attend the meeting.
