सानिमा रिलायन्स लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेड (SRLI) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई वितरण गर्ने नगद लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १०.१७८० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थ सहित) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। मंसिर २९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त दरमा लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भई आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्रै यो लाभांश शेयरधनीलाई वितरण गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 10.1780 percent (including tax) based on its paid-up capital. The decision was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Mangsir 29. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and upon endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
