सर्वोत्तम सिमेन्ट लिमिटेड (SARBTM) ले २०८२ मङ्सिर २६ गते ७औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजीएम) बोलाएको छ। एजीएम रुपन्देही, भैरहवास्थित होटल सिद्धार्थ विलासामा बिहान ११:०० बजेबाट शुरु हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि २० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव राखेको छ। सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले १५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर सहित) रु. ७४।६३ करोड बराबर र ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर रु. २४।८७ करोड बराबर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। कम्पनीको हालको चुक्ता पुँजी रु. ४।९७ अर्ब रहेको छ।
एजीएममा अडिट रिपोर्ट, नाफा–नोक्सानी विवरण, वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण अनुमोदन गर्ने र आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि समावेश गरिएको छ।
कम्पनीले लाभांश वितरणका लागि मङ्सिर १२ गतेलाई बुक–क्लोजर मिति तोकेको छ। सो मितिभन्दा अघि सेयर कायम गरेका सेयरधनीहरूले प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन् साथै ७औँ एजीएममा सहभागी हुने अधिकार पनि पाउनेछन्।
सर्वोत्तम सिमेन्टले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको वित्तीय प्रगति, आगामी रणनीति तथा परियोजनाहरूको अवस्था एजीएममार्फत सेयरधनीहरूलाई प्रस्तुत गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Sarbottam Cement Limited (SARBTM) has announced that its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Mangsir 26, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Hotel Siddhartha Vilasa in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, starting at 11:00 AM.
One of the major agendas of the AGM is the endorsement of a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors has proposed a total dividend of 20%, comprising a 15% cash dividend worth Rs. 74.63 crores (including tax) and a 5% bonus share distribution worth Rs. 24.87 crores. The company's current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 4.97 Arba.
Additionally, the AGM will review and endorse the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow report. The meeting will also appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company has set Mangsir 12 as the book closure date. Shareholders who hold their shares before this date will be eligible for the dividend distribution and can also participate in the AGM.
Sarbottam Cement is expected to provide updates on its financial performance, strategic plans, and project status during the upcoming AGM.
