काठमाडौँ — सर्वोत्तम पेन्ट्स इन्डष्ट्रिज लिमिटेडको प्राथमिक सेयर ९आईपीओ० बाँडफाँट भएको छ। धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक ग्लोबल आईएमई क्यापिटलले बिहीबार एक कार्यक्रमबीच आईपीओ बाँडफाँट गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि जेठ २८ गतेदेखि असार २ गतेसम्म आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो। प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका ७ लाख ५ हजार ५०० कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गरिएको थियो।
आईपीओमा मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेपछि सेयर बाँडफाँट गोलाप्रथा विधिबाट गरिएको हो। सदर आवेदकमध्ये ७० हजार ५५० जनाले १० कित्ताका दरले सेयर पाएका छन्।
कम्पनीको आईपीओमा कुल २८ लाख ९४ हजार २३२ जनाबाट आवेदन परेको थियो। तीमध्ये २८ लाख ५० हजार २५ आवेदन सदर भएका छन् भने ४४ हजार २०७ आवेदन रद्द भएका छन्।
आईपीओको नतिजा सीडीएस एन्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडको वेबसाइट तथा सम्बन्धित बिक्री प्रबन्धकको प्रणालीमार्फत हेर्न सकिनेछ।
कैलालीको अत्तरियामा रजिस्टर्ड कार्यालय रहेको कम्पनीले ‘सर्वोत्तम पेन्ट्स’ ब्रान्डमा विभिन्न प्रकारका रङ उत्पादन तथा बिक्री गर्दै आएको छ। कम्पनीले आईपीओबाट संकलित रकम उत्पादन क्षमता विस्तारमा प्रयोग गर्ने जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीको पछिल्लो अपरिस्कृत वित्तीय विवरणअनुसार प्रतिसेयर नेटवर्थ ११६ रुपैयाँ ४१ पैसा रहेको छ। त्यस्तै प्रतिसेयर आम्दानी ७ रुपैयाँ ५८ पैसा रहेको विवरण सार्वजनिक गरिएको छ।
सो अवधिसम्म कम्पनीको सञ्चित नाफा ४ करोड १८ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। कम्पनीको साधारण लगानी फिर्ता हुने अवधि ६.६० वर्ष र डिस्काउन्टेड लगानी फिर्ता हुने अवधि ७.१० वर्ष रहेको छ।
कम्पनीले केयर रेटिङ नेपालबाट बीबी माइनस रेटिङ प्राप्त गरेको छ। यस्तो रेटिङले कम्पनीको वित्तीय दायित्व वहन गर्ने क्षमता मध्यम जोखिमको तहमा रहेको संकेत गर्छ।
मागको तुलनामा सेयर संख्या निकै कम भएकाले धेरै आवेदक खाली हात भएका छन्। गोलाप्रथाबाट सेयर पाएका लगानीकर्ताको खातामा सेयर सूचीकृत भएपछि कारोबार प्रक्रिया अघि बढ्नेछ।
Kathmandu — The initial public offering of Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited has been allotted.
Global IME Capital, the issue manager, allotted the company’s IPO through a formal programme on Thursday. The company had opened the IPO issue for the general public from Jestha 28 to Asar 2.
The IPO received applications from a large number of investors, making the issue heavily oversubscribed. As the number of applicants was much higher than the available shares, the allotment was conducted through a lottery system.
According to the allotment result, 70,550 applicants received 10 shares each.
A total of 2,850,025 applications were approved, while 44,207 applications were rejected. Investors can check the IPO result through the official website of CDS and Clearing Limited.
The company’s registered office is located in Attariya, Kailali. Sarvottam Paints manufactures and sells different types of paints under the Sarvottam Paints brand.
The company has stated that the capital raised through the IPO will be used for capacity expansion.
According to the company’s unaudited financial statement as of mid-January, its net worth per share stands at Rs 116.41. Its earnings per share is Rs 7.58.
The company had accumulated profit of Rs 41.8 million during the same period.
The ordinary payback period of the company is 6.60 years, while the discounted payback period is 7.10 years.
Sarvottam Paints has received a BB minus rating from CARE Ratings Nepal. This rating indicates a moderate level of risk in meeting financial obligations.
As the number of shares available for public investors was limited, most applicants did not receive shares in the allotment.
