बिहीबार शेयर बजारमा लगातार दोस्रो पटक नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेको छ। बजार खुलेको दोस्रो मिनेटमै नेप्से परिसूचक १०७.०४ अंक अर्थात् ४ प्रतिशतले घटेपछि पहिलो नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेर कारोबार २० मिनेटका लागि रोकिनु परेको थियो।
२० मिनेटपछि पुनः खुलेको बजार केही मिनेटमै फेरि १३३.६३ अंक अर्थात् ५ प्रतिशतले घट्दा दोस्रो नकारात्मक सर्किट लागेको हो। यसपछि अब बजार ४० मिनेटका लागि रोकिएको छ। नियम अनुसार, बजार खुलेको पहिलो घण्टाभित्र परिसूचक ४ प्रतिशतले घटेमा वा बढेमा २० मिनेटका लागि रोकिन्छ भने दोस्रो घण्टाभित्र ५ प्रतिशतले घटेमा वा बढेमा ४० मिनेटका लागि रोकिने व्यवस्था छ। यस्तै, ६ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी उतारचढाव भएमा सो दिनका लागि बजार पूर्ण रूपमा बन्द हुने प्रावधान छ।
Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has faced its second negative circuit on Thursday. Within just the second minute of trading, the benchmark index dropped by 107.04 points, or 4 percent, triggering the first negative circuit and halting transactions for 20 minutes.
When the market reopened after the break, it again plunged sharply—this time by 133.63 points, or 5 percent—leading to the second negative circuit. As a result, trading has now been suspended for 40 minutes. According to Nepse rules, if the index rises or falls by 4 percent within the first hour of trading, the market halts for 20 minutes. If it moves by 5 percent within the second hour, trading is suspended for 40 minutes. Similarly, if the index fluctuates by 6 percent or more in a single day, the market closes for the rest of that session.
