आजदेखि एसइई परीक्षा सुरु, यस वर्ष थप पारदर्शी र व्यवस्थित बनाइनेSEE Examination Begins Nationwide with Enhanced Transparency Measures
काठमाडौं । माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (एसइई) आजदेखि देशभर एकैपटक सुरु भएको छ। यस वर्ष परीक्षालाई थप पारदर्शी, व्यवस्थित र छिटो नतिजा प्रकाशन गर्ने उद्देश्यले नयाँ निर्देशिका लागू गरिएको छ।राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डअन्तर्गत परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालयका अनुसार बिहान ८ बजेदेखि देशभरका १ हजार ९६६ परीक्षा केन्द्रबाट परीक्षा सञ्चालन भइरहेको छ। परीक्षा नियन्त्रक टुकराज अधिकारी का अनुसार यस वर्ष कुल ५ लाख १२ हजार ४२१ विद्यार्थी सहभागी भएका छन्, जसमा नियमिततर्फ ४ लाख ४१ हजार ५६६ र ग्रेड वृद्धितर्फ ७० हजार ८५५ विद्यार्थी रहेका छन्। सहभागीमध्ये छात्राको संख्या बढी रहेको छ।परीक्षाको सुरक्षाका लागि प्रत्येक केन्द्रमा प्रहरी, केन्द्राध्यक्ष, निरीक्षक र आवश्यक कर्मचारीको व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। साथै प्रश्नपत्र देशभरका केन्द्रमा समयमै पुर्याइसकिएको छ। जापानको एक केन्द्रबाट समेत २३ विद्यार्थीले परीक्षा दिइरहेका छन्।यस वर्षको विशेष व्यवस्था अनुसार परीक्षा सम्पन्न भएको बढीमा तीन दिनभित्र उत्तरपुस्तिका परीक्षण सक्ने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ। उत्तरपुस्तिका सुरक्षित रूपमा सिलबन्दी गरेर सम्बन्धित निकायमा पठाइनेछ भने परीक्षण सिसिटिभी जडान भएका कक्षमा मात्र गरिनेछ। परीक्षकले मोबाइललगायत उपकरण प्रयोग गर्न नपाउने र अनियमितता भए कडा कारबाही गरिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।यसैगरी, परीक्षा केन्द्रमा अनावश्यक भीड नियन्त्रण गर्न सामूहिक अनुगमनमा रोक लगाइएको छ। प्रत्येक जिल्लामा प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारीको संयोजकत्वमा अनुगमन समिति गठन गरिएको छ।परीक्षाको पहिलो दिन आज अनिवार्य अंग्रेजी विषयको परीक्षा भइरहेको छ भने निर्धारित तालिका अनुसार चैत २९ गतेसम्म परीक्षा सञ्चालन हुनेछ। नयाँ व्यवस्थासँगै यस वर्षको एसइई परीक्षा थप व्यवस्थित र विश्वसनीय हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu — The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) has commenced across the country from today, with authorities introducing new measures aimed at making the process more transparent, व्यवस्थित, and result-oriented. The new directive is expected to minimize irregularities and ensure faster publication of results.According to the Office of the Controller of Examinations under the National Examination Board, the परीक्षा began simultaneously at 8:00 AM from 1,966 examination centers nationwide. Examination Controller Tuk Raj Adhikari stated that a total of 512,421 students are participating this year, including 441,566 regular candidates and 70,855 appearing for grade improvement. Female students outnumber male participants this year.To ensure smooth and secure conduct, each examination center has been equipped with security personnel, invigilators, and administrative staff. Question papers have already been dispatched safely to all provinces, and even an overseas center in Japan is hosting 23 candidates.A key highlight of this year’s SEE is the plan to complete answer sheet evaluation within three days of exam completion. Answer sheets will be securely sealed and evaluated under CCTV surveillance. Examiners are prohibited from using mobile phones or electronic devices during checking, and strict action has been provisioned against any form of negligence or malpractice.Authorities have also banned mass monitoring inside exam halls after past complaints of disturbances caused by unnecessary निरीक्षण. Instead, district-level monitoring committees led by the Chief District Officer have been formed to oversee the process.The examination began today with the compulsory English paper and will continue as per schedule until Chaitra 29. With the introduction of stricter guidelines and improved व्यवस्थापन, officials expect this year’s SEE to be more credible, efficient, and disciplined than previous years.
