Share Price Adjustment of Super Madi Hydropower (SMHL) in NEPSE

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL). After the last trading day before the book closure for the annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution, NEPSE adjusted the share price by accounting for a 5% bonus share, setting a new share price.
Adjusted Price: The adjusted share price has been set at NPR 578.10, down from the previous closing price of NPR 607.
Trading Resumption: Based on the adjusted price, the company's shares will resume trading from Sunday.
Annual General Meeting: The company is set to hold its 15th annual general meeting on Kartik 5 (October 21), at 11 AM at Hotel Imperial, Batisputali, Kathmandu. In this meeting, the proposal for a 5% bonus share distribution along with cash dividends for tax purposes will be approved.
Proposals: The AGM will also approve proposals to invest in the Upper Tamor Hydropower Project, issue rights shares, appoint an auditor, and amend the company's Articles of Association and bylaws.
