Sharp Drop in Gold and Silver Prices on Chaitra 8, Gold Falls by Rs. 12,500 per Tola

On Sunday (Chaitra 8), gold and silver prices in the Nepali market recorded a sharp decline. According to the Gold and Silver Dealers Federation of Nepal, the price of hallmark gold dropped by Rs. 12,500 per tola in a single day and is currently being traded at Rs. 282,000 per tola, compared to Rs. 294,500 last Friday. Gold prices have been falling continuously in recent days. Similarly, the price of silver also declined today. Silver dropped by Rs. 355 per tola and is being traded at Rs. 4,540 per tola on Sunday, whereas it was traded at Rs. 4,895 per tola last Friday.
