शिखर इन्स्योरेन्सको वार्षिक साधारण सभा फागुन १३ गते
शिखर इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीले फागुन १३ गते वार्षिक साधारण सभा गर्ने भएको छ। सभामा सेयरधनीलाई १०% बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.५२६३% नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश हुनेछ। साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०–८१ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, नाफा–नोक्सान तथा नगद प्रवाहबारे छलफल हुनेछ।
त्यसैगरी, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१–८२ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण पनि एजेन्डामा रहेको छ। सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले माघ ३० देखि फागुन १३ गतेसम्म बुक क्लोज गर्नेछ। सभा बिहान ११ बजे, थापाथलीस्थित शिखर विज सेन्टरमा हुनेछ।
Shikhar Insurance to Hold AGM on Falgun 13
Shikhar Insurance Company is set to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 13. The company will propose distributing a 10% bonus share and 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders. The meeting will also discuss the annual report, profit and loss, and cash flow for the fiscal year 2080–81.
Additionally, the appointment of an auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081–82 is on the agenda. The company will close its book from Magh 30 to Falgun 13, allowing only shareholders holding shares until Magh 29 to participate. The AGM will be held at 11 AM at Shikhar Biz Center, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
