Shine Resunga Development Bank Announces 13% Dividend for Shareholders

Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) has announced a dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
According to the decision made by the bank’s Board of Directors on Kartik 21, the bank will distribute a total dividend of 13 percent on the paid-up capital. This includes 3 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes).
The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
