Notice regarding Appointment of Registrar to Share
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited, Citizens Capital Limited, Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar with effect from today, dated २०८३/०६/०२, to perform all tasks related to maintaining records of securities transactions, registration/transfer of shares, name transfers, placing halts, and keeping the records of shareholders updated.
