शिवम् सिमेन्ट्स लिमिटेड (SHIVM) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको २.५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर तथा बोनसको कर प्रयोजनार्थ सहित १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कात्तिक ३० गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त दरमा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको छ। सोही बैठकले कम्पनीको साधारण सभा मंसिर २५ गते, बिहान १०:३० बजे बोलाउने निर्णय पनि गरेको छ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले मंसिर ११ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने जनाएको छ। त्यसअनुसार मंसिर १० गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी नाम दर्ता भएका शेयरधनी साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन र कम्पनीले घोषणा गर्ने लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
शिवम् सिमेन्ट्सले गत वर्षको कारोबार र नाफाको आधारमा लाभांश वितरण गर्दै आगामी वर्षका योजनालाई थप मजबुत बनाउने लक्ष्य लिएको जनाएको छ।
Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) has announced the dividend it will distribute to shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The company has proposed a 2.5% bonus share distribution along with a 10% cash dividend, which also includes the amount required for tax on the bonus shares.
The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Kartik 30. The same meeting also decided to convene the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 25 (December 10) at 10:30 AM.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has announced a book closure date on Mangsir 11. Shareholders who remain listed on NEPSE up to Mangsir 10 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
Shivam Cements stated that the dividend proposal reflects the company’s performance in the previous fiscal year and aligns with its plan to strengthen future operations and investor value.
