शिवम् सिमेन्ट्स लिमिटेडले आफ्नो दशौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) का लागि शेयरधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द (बुक–क्लोज) मिति सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार साधारण सभा मंसिर २५, २०८२ मा आयोजना हुने छ। सोही प्रयोजनका लागि मंसिर ११, २०८२ गते एक दिनका लागि शेयरधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द रहने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
बुक–क्लोज गरिने मिति भन्दा अघिल्लो कारोबार दिन अर्थात् मंसिर १० गते (२०८२/०८/१०) सम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा शेयर किनेका तथा नाम दर्ता भएका शेयरधनीहरू मात्रै:
दशौँ साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन, तथा
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न
योग्य हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Shivam Cements Limited has announced the book closure date for its upcoming 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the notice, the AGM is scheduled to be held on 25th Mangsir, 2082. For this purpose, the shareholders’ register book will remain closed on 11th Mangsir, 2082 for one day.
Only those shareholders whose names appear in the shareholders’ register up to the last trading day before the book closure, i.e., 10th Mangsir, 2082, based on transactions recorded at the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), will be eligible to:
Attend the 10th AGM, and
Receive dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Shivam Cements has requested all shareholders to take note of this notice for their information and timely participation.
