शिवश्री हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्नेShivshree Hydropower to Issue 100% Rights Shares
शिवश्री हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले भदौ १९ गतेदेखि शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ४७ करोड ६४ लाख रुपैयाँबराबरको प्रतिशेयर १०० अंकित दरका १ करोड ४७ लाख ६४ हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयरलाई १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रदमार्फत निष्कासन गर्नेछ। यस अन्तर्गत विद्यमान एक शेयरधनीले प्रत्येक १ कित्ता शेयरको बदलामा थप १ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर पाउनेछन्।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद प्रयोजनका लागि साउन १६ गते एक दिन बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यसैले साउन १५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी शेयरधनी बनेकाहरूले मात्र आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। शेयरधनीहरूले असोज ८ गतेसम्म हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिने समय पाउनेछन्।
हकप्रद निष्कासनबाट संकलित रकम कम्पनीले विद्युत् उत्पादन गरिरहेका आयोजनाहरूको बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थासँगको बक्यौता ऋण तिर्न प्रयोग गर्ने जनाएको छ। यसले कम्पनीको वित्तीय व्यवस्थापनमा सहजता ल्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Shivshree Hydropower Limited has announced that it will issue 100% rights shares starting from September 4, 2025 (Bhadra 19, 2082 BS). The company will issue 14,764,000 ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 each, equivalent to its current paid-up capital of NPR 1.47 billion, in a 1:1 ratio. This means that existing shareholders will be entitled to receive one rights share for every one share they currently hold.
For rights eligibility, the company had already conducted a book closure on July 31, 2025 (Shrawan 16, 2082 BS). Therefore, only shareholders who were listed in NEPSE by July 30, 2025 (Shrawan 15) will be eligible to apply. Shareholders may submit their applications until September 24, 2025 (Ashoj 8, 2082 BS).
The company stated that the funds raised from this rights issue will be utilized to repay bank and financial institution loans taken for its ongoing power generation projects. This move is expected to improve the company’s financial position and strengthen its operational capacity.
