यस श्री इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड फाइनान्स कं. लि. का एक जना संस्थापक शेयरधनीले ५०,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा तोकिएको समयभित्र उक्त शेयर खरिदका लागि कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/०७२ बुँदा नं. १५ बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संघ-संस्था/कम्पनीलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न राखी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
Urgent Notice to those interested in purchasing promoter shares

Whereas one promoter shareholder of Shree Investment and Finance Co. Ltd. expressed the desire to sell ५०,००० units of promoter shares and submitted an application, and as per Nepal Rastra Bank's Integrated Directive, a ३५-day public notice was published for the information of existing promoter shareholders, but no application was received for the purchase of said shares within the stipulated time, this notice is published to invite other individuals/associations/organizations/companies interested in purchasing said promoter shares, as per Nepal Rastra Bank's Integrated Directive No. १०/०७२, Point No. १५, to submit an application along with necessary documents within ७ (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the central office of this financial institution in Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
