श्रीनगर एग्रीटेक इन्डष्ट्रीजले उद्योग प्रभावित क्षेत्रका लागि जारी साधारण शेयर बाँडफाँड सम्पन्नShreenagar Agritech Industries Completes IPO Allotment for Project-Affected Locals
श्रीनगर एग्रीटेक इन्डष्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ले रुपन्देही र पाल्पा जिल्लाका उद्योग प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूका लागि जारी गरिएको साधारण शेयरको बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ।
नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकत्वमा कम्पनीले १,६३,१२५ कित्ता साधारण शेयर प्रति कित्ता रु. १०० अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गरेको थियो। यो शेयर २०८२ भदौ ११ गतेदेखि भदौ २५ गतेसम्म आवेदनका लागि खुला गरिएको थियो। तर, भदौ २३ गते Gen-Z आन्दोलनका कारण स्थानीय प्रशासनले निषेधाज्ञा/कर्फ्यु जारी गरेपछि दुई दिन संकलन केन्द्र बन्द हुन पुगेको थियो। त्यसपछि आवेदन दिने अवधि भदौ ३० र ३१ गतेसम्म थप गरिएको थियो।
कुल ३,७७७ जना आवेदकहरूले रितपूर्वक दिएको आवेदनका आधारमा, प्रचलित कानूनअनुसार मिति २०८२ असोज ९ गते, बिहीबार बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
बाँडफाँडको विवरण नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट www.nabilinvest.com.np मार्फत हेर्न सकिनेछ। साथै, जसका आवेदन आंशिक वा असफल भएका छन्, तिनको रकम २०७९ असोज १२ गतेदेखि (आइतबार) सम्बन्धित बैंक खातामा फिर्ता गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको पनि सूचनामा उल्लेख गरिएको छ।
यस बाँडफाँडसँगै उद्योग प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाले औपचारिक रूपमा शेयर स्वामित्व पाएका छन्।
Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited has completed the allotment of ordinary shares issued for project-affected locals of Rupandehi and Palpa districts.
Under the issuance and sales management of Nabil Investment Banking Limited, the company had floated 163,125 units of ordinary shares at a par value of Rs. 100 each. The IPO for locals was open from Bhadra 11 to Bhadra 25, 2082. However, due to the Gen-Z movement and subsequent prohibitory orders/curfews imposed by the local administration on Bhadra 23, collection centers remained closed for two days. The application deadline was therefore extended until Bhadra 30 and 31.
A total of 3,777 applicants submitted valid applications, and as per prevailing regulations, the allotment was conducted on Ashwin 9, 2082 (Thursday).
Allotment details can be viewed on the official website of Nabil Investment Banking (www.nabilinvest.com.np). Likewise, refunds for applicants who received partial or no allotment will be deposited into their respective bank accounts starting from Ashwin 12, 2082 (Sunday).
With this allotment, project-affected locals of Rupandehi and Palpa have officially received ownership in the company.
