Shubha Laxmi Fund Declares 16% Dividend, Book Closure on July 29

‘Shubha Laxmi Fund’, operated under Laxmi Mutual Fund, has announced a 16% return (dividend) including tax for fiscal year 2081/82. The fund is promoted by Laxmi Sunrise Bank and managed and deposited by Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.

The decision was made during the board meeting held on July 28 (Shrawan 12).

The book closure for dividend distribution is set for Tuesday, July 29 (Shrawan 13). Only unitholders who remain on record until the day before (Shrawan 12) will be eligible to receive the declared dividend.

As an open-ended scheme, investors in the fund can opt to reinvest the dividend amount into additional units. For those not enrolled in the reinvestment plan, the dividend will be deposited directly into the bank account linked to their beneficiary (Demat) account, as per the statement from the Capital.
