Siddhartha Bank Announces 4% Cash Dividend for Shareholders

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has announced a cash dividend distribution from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The bank has proposed a 4% cash dividend, including taxes, on the current paid-up capital. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on December 6.

The proposed dividend will be distributed following approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and final endorsement at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
