Siddhartha Bank to Hold 24th AGM on Kartik 30; Publishes FY 2081/82 Financial Highlights

Siddhartha Bank Limited has officially announced that its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 30th Kartik, 2082 (Saturday). The meeting will review and approve the audited financial statements of the fiscal year 2081/82, along with other key agendas related to the bank’s performance and governance.

According to the public notice, the bank has also published its financial highlights for FY 2081/82, which include the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement. The data shows a satisfactory growth in deposits, loans, and profitability compared to the previous fiscal year, reflecting Siddhartha Bank’s strong financial performance and operational efficiency.

For the purpose of the AGM, the share registration book will remain closed from 17th Kartik, 2082, during which time name transfers will not be allowed.

The AGM will discuss and endorse the annual report, appoint an auditor for the next fiscal year, approve the dividend proposal, and deliberate on other operational matters necessary for the bank’s future growth.
